Simultaneous voice and data on Verizon with iPhone 6!

All you have to do is go into Settings | Cellular and make sure LTE is enabled for both voice and data.  It takes a few minutes for the change to trigger on Verizon's servers (which also seems to add HD Voice).

I tested this and it works.
